[COLOR=darkblue]عبدالرحمن البعيجان :[/COLOR]
أقام أبناء المهندس محمد بن إبراهيم العييناء مدير شركة الكهرباء بالخرج حفلة بمناسبة تقاعد والدهم حيث كان يوم الاربعاء الماضي آخر يوم له في الشركة ، وقد حضر الاحتفال مدراء إدارات الشركة السعودية للكهرباء بالرياض ، ومنسوبي شركة كهرباء الخرج ، وحضور الدكتور خالد المقبل .
حيث ذكر [COLOR=darkred]للخرج اليوم[/COLOR] النقيب طارق بن محمد العييناء والنقيب رائد بن محمد العييناء واخواهم ابراهيم وزياد : أن هذا أقل ما نقدمه لوالدنا الرمز المهندس محمد ، وحضور كل هؤلاء الحضور يدل على نجاح رسالة الوالد .
وقد قدم المشرف العام على صحيفة [COLOR=darkred]الخرج اليوم[/COLOR] الأستاذ سعود بن عبدالله الضحوك نيابة عن كل منسوبي الصحيفة درعا تذكاريا تعبيرا عن الشكر لرجل خدم أهله ومحافظته .
يذكر أن المهندس / محمد ابراهيم العييناء قد ولد بمركز السلمية ( الشمال ) عام 1372 هـ وقد نشأ فى بيئة تعمل بالزراعة وهو الولد الرابع بين سبعة اخوان ( اربع اولاد وبنتان ) وكانوا يسكنوا بمنزل واحد .
درس المرحلة الابتدائية بمدرسة السلمية الابتدائية 85 هـ
درس المرحلةالمتوسطة بمدرسة السيح المتوسطة 88 هـ
درس المرحلة الثانوية بمدرسة الخرج الثانويــــــة 92 هـ
وفي حالة التخرج من اى مرحلة يتم الاعلان عنها فى الراديو والتليفزيون والصحف اليومية فى ذلك الوقت .
بعد التخرج من الثانوية العامة كان هناك طموح حيث تقدم للخطوط السعودية لدراسة الطيران وكذلك جامعة الرياض ( جامعة الملك سعود حاليا ) وتمت الاختبارات بجدة لمدة 15 يوما وكانت النتيجة القبول فى يوم واحد بالجامعة والخطوط السعودية .
وقد فضل الجامعة لقربها من الخرج واختيار تخصص الكهرباء لشغفه بالكهرباء وحبه لاصلاح دينمو كهرباء مزرعتهم حيث كان كثير الاعطال والمهندس يجتهد فى اصلاحه .
من الصعوبات التى واجهته بالجامعة /
– تحويل الدراسة باللغة الانجليزية من السنة الثانية .
– الزواج المبكر اثناء الدراسة ( السنة الثانية ) .
ولكن نحمد الله تم التغلب عليها بالصبر والمثابرة ودعاء الوالدين رحمهما الله .
وقد حصل على اول دورة فى السنة الثانية بالجامعة الى تركيا ( مصنع المحولات ) لمدة 3 اشهر وهذه اول رحلة خارج المملكة .
كما تخلل العمل اثناء عملنا بالمؤسسة للكهرباء والشركة عدة دورات بامريكا وبريطانيا والمانيا وفرنسا وبلدان اخرى .

بعد التخرج مباشرة تم تحويله عن طريق ديوان الخدمة الى المؤسسة العامة للكهرباء ومباشرة العمل في نفس اليوم بمهندس تحت التجربة ( بالمؤسسة العامة للكهرباء بالرياض ) وبعد 6 اشهر تم تحويلنا الى مشروع الخرج المركزى ( كمهندس مقيم ) اثناء تنفيذ المشروع المركزى بالخرج .
حيث هناك فرحة كبيرة لمهندس جديد ان يختلط بمهندسين استشاريين ومقاولين والتى تعتبر كجامعة اخرى عملية .
واما المهندس محمد العييناء فقد صرّح [COLOR=darkred]للخرج اليوم[/COLOR] قائلا :
مشاعري مختلطة بين الفرح والحزن ، الفرح بنهاية الطريق الذي كرست له حياتي وسعيت من أجله ، وحزين لفراق الأصحاب والزملاء وطبيعة العمل ، فقد تلقيت طيلة فترة عملي كل حب وتعاون وتقدير سواء من رؤوسائي أو من زملائي معي بالشركة .
ونحن في محافظة الخرج فما نلقاه كرؤساء ومدراء للدوائر الحكومية من صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير عبدالرحمن بن ناصر محافظ الخرج من دعم وقرب وتشجيع وتوجيه يجعلك دائما تقدم كل لديك وما فيه رفع لاسم المحافظة عاليا ، وكم كان سموه يتواصل معنا في كل وقت من أجل مصلحة المواطن .
ولا يسعني الا تقديم الشكر لكل من ساعدني في مسيرتي العلمية ، وأشكر زملائي روؤساء ومدراء الدوائر الحكومية وأعضاء المجلس المحلي واعضاء اللجنة الأهلية بالسلمية وكل من تعاون معي في أي مجال ، وشكرا [COLOR=darkred]للخرج اليوم[/COLOR] هذا الحضور في هذه المناسبة الجميلة .
