على هامش مهرجانات صيف الخرج 1430هـ التقت[COLOR=darkred] الخرج اليوم [/COLOR]بأحد الحاضرين لاحتفالات العيد وهو المؤسس لأول منتزه ترفيهي بالخرج ، ومن أوائل العاملين بمجال الترفيه بالخرج ، ففي عام 1415هـ كان يملك حصانين ودبابين ، واليوم هومشغل لثلاث مواقع ترفيهية كبرى بمدينة حائل ، لقاؤنا بالشيخ عسكر بن ضبيان الشمري رجل الأعمال المعروف .

[COLOR=darkred]- في البداية نريد الحديث عن البدايات متى ولماذا؟ [/COLOR]
– البداية كانت عام 1415هـ ، حيث أنشأت مضمارا للخيول ومكانا للدبابات في مشتل الخرج “الكبير” ، ومثلي مثل أي شاب سعودي طموح يفكر في مجال تجاري يدر عليه الربح والكسب وهذه دعوة للشباب السعودي ألا يتأخر ويبدأ من اليوم فالحمد لله على ما قدر.
[COLOR=darkred]- ماذا عن أول مسرح وأول منتزه ترفيهي بالمحافظة .[/COLOR]
– بالنسبة للمسرح فطبعا أنت تعرف أنه قبل سنوات قريبة لم يكن معروفا المسرح الترفيهي ، والفرق الترفيهية في الخرج ، وكذلك المنتزهات الترفيهية ، فأول منتزه كان منتزه العفجة كأول منتزه ترفيهي متكامل قبل أن تنتقل ملكيته للبعيجان ويصبح( هاف مون البعيجان) .

[COLOR=darkred]- كرّم سمو محافظ الخرج في احتفال العيد هذا العام أعضاء لجنة التنمية السياحية بالخرج وكان منهم ملاك المنتزهات والمدن الترفيهية فأين أنت منهم ؟[/COLOR]
– بدية أود أن أوجه تهنئة بالعيد المبارك لصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير عبد الرحمن بن ناصر والذي بقدومه تغيرت المحافظة وكذلك بصفته رئيسا للجنة التنمية السياحية بالخرج فأنا سعيد بإنشاء هذه اللجنة على غرار المحافظات الأخرى وهي خطوة إيجابيه لنا ومن يعمل في مجال الترفية وأنا مستعد بكل إمكانياتي بدعم السياحة بالمحافظة كبقية زملائي في المجال .
[COLOR=darkred]- ماذا عن المشاركات التي قدمتها للمحافظة في مجال الترفية أم أن مشاركاتك انحصرت خارج المحافظة ؟[/COLOR]
– رغم أني مشغل لثلاث مواقع ترفيهية في حائل في منتزهات السمراء و المغواة والسلام وبعقود ممتدة لسنوات إلا أنه كان لي مشاركات في المحافظة ، فكان تشغيل جزء من الحديقة الملك عبدالعزيز عام 1424هـ ، وكذلك المشاركة في خرج الخير 26 ، والعمل في منتزه العفجة لمدة سنتين وبعض المشاركات في المهرجانات مثل( روعة يا شباب ) و(يا هلا بالناجحين) وغيرها وسوف نفتح فرعا للتأجير الألعاب المتنقلة الهوائية بداية العام الهجري القادم بإذن الله .
[COLOR=darkred]- مار أيك بوضع الترفية بالمحافظة وهل أكتفت المحافظة أم هناك حاجة للمزيد من المنتزهات والمدن الترفيهية ؟[/COLOR]
– أنا في اعتقادي أن نسبة الترفيه تمثل 5% من الحاجة ، فلازلنا بحاجة إلى ثلاث أضعاف الموجود فقرب الخرج لمدينة الرياض ، وكذلك النمو لسكان المحافظة يحتم زيادة المنتزهات .وقد سعدنا بما رأينا وسمعنا عن إنشاء مدينة الملك عبد الله الترفيهية ، وكذلك منتزه الأمير عبد الرحمن بن ناصر ، وكذلك انتقال منطقة البرج للبلدية ونتمنى في الأيام القليلة القادمة أن نحتفل بافتتاحها .

[COLOR=darkred]- ملاحظاتك على المتنزهات الموجودة سواء الحكومية أو الأهلية .[/COLOR]
بالنسبة للمتنزهات الحكومية فرغم ما نشاهده من اهتمام بالغ في الآونة الأخيرة ، ولعل من آخرها تطوير حديقة الملك عبد العزيز، وإنشاء المشروعين الذي ذكرت إلا أننا ننتظر المزيد بما يتلاءم مع حجم المحافظة وتطلعاتها . وبالنسبة للمنتزهات الأهلية فهم زملائي وأنا لا أقصد أحد بعينة ولكن لازلنا بحاجة إلى مراعاة حاجة المواطن والتركيز على ترفيهه أكثر من جيبه ، ونحن لا نعمل مجانا أو نقديم حسنه ، ولكن تكون مناسبة لوضع المجتمع ، وكذلك يجب تقديم مايليق ، وشيء يعني الاحتراف فنحن في زمن الاحتراف ، وكذلك الاهتمام بالصيانة الدورية لتقليل نسبة الحوادث والطوارئ .

لقاء ناجح وهذا مانتمناة نحن اهالي لخرج مع كل من يدعم المحافظة من مشاريع نحتاج لمزيد من المشاريع الترفيهية التى تسعد الكبار والصغار والشباب خاصة ان الخرج ازداد عدد سكانة ولهم هوايات متعددة مثلا الخرج تحتاج لصالة بولينج حيث هناك شباب لهم هوايات متعددة ولكن يحتاجون الى من يدعمهم من رجال الاعمال بانشاء مثل هذة الصالات لتنمية مواهبهم وقضاء وقت فراغهم ، حيث لايوجد صالة
للعبة البولينج في منطقة الخرج حتى الآن .

واعتقد في عام 1397 كان هناك منتزه مقابل للحديثي مول من الجهه الغربيه

اول منتزه في الخرج له 16 سنه !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! قويه
يعني اللي عمره 10 سنيين عام 1415هـ كان يلعب دبق ومصاقيل والظاهر الكيرم ماجت هههه ياشيخ خافوا الله ولا تضيعون تاريخ المحافظه !!!!
الحناكيه وقرودها وخيولها ومسبحها الشهير روادها الحين جدان وانتم تتكلمون عن 15 سنه بسسس !!!
ياليت اللي بيسوي لقاء صحفي وخاصة اذا كان ( تاريخي عن المحافظه ) يكون ملم ترا الصحيفه في كل مكان لا تحسسون الناس اللس تقرا مواضيعكم انا ماشفنا خير !!
