وسط استغراب لغياب أبرز المقاولين الذين دار حولهم الجدل في القضية التي تعد أكبر قضية بالخرج بالنسبة للمشاريع “عبارة الرياض” والمقاول علي بن غرامة بن عبدالرحمن وذلك بحفل تدشين افتتاح البلديات الفرعية بمحافظة الخرج ، وقد تواجد كل المقاولين والمهندسين الذين لهم مشاريع بالبلدية ، ولعل استغراب [COLOR=darkred]الخرج اليوم [/COLOR]من غيابه كان سببا في التواصل معه وسؤاله عن سبب التغيب خاصة ان رئيس البلدية المهندس إبراهيم بن سعيد أبو راس ذكر أثناء الحوار المفتوح أنه أرسل دعوة ولكن لا يدري لماذا لم يحضر المقاول ويشارك في المناقشة .
وقد أجاب الأستاذ علي غرامة عن استفسارنا بخطاب خطي عبر نقاط عدة وهي :
أولا ً :- كنت أطمح لحضور مثل هذا اللقاء حيث قمت منذ مدة بتقديم طلب الى الغرفة التجارية في الخرج للعمل على عقد لقاء مفتوح مع صاحب السمو الملكي ” محافظ الخرج ” للمصارحة واظهار الحقائق والمعوقات التي تعترض أعمالنا كمقاولين ومنفذين لمشاريع في محافظة الخرج فهل يعقل أن لا احضر اللقاء وأنا أنتظره منذ زمن طويل ؟ (مرفق صورة من الخطاب بتاريخ 26/7/1432هـ
ثانيا ً :- يبدو أنه لا رغبة لرئيس البلدية في حضورنا وذلك واضح من التأخر في إرسال الدعوة إذ لم تصلنا الدعوة للحضور إلا قبل ساعتين ونصف فقط من موعد انعقاده ، فهل هذا الوقت كاف ٍ للحضور وأنا لست من سكان الخرج ؟ !! علما ً أن الدعوة كانت عبر الفاكس من الرقم 015448791 الساعة الثانية والدقيقة الثامنة والثلاثين بعد الظهر من نفس اليوم ، في حين أن اللقاء لم يعقد فجأة بل أعد له منذ زمن . ثالثا ً : إن العبارة موضوع النقاش سيئة الحظ كونها غير مجاورة لمخطط غرناطة ولو كانت قريبة منه لقدمت لها لما اختلقت لها المشاكل والمعوقات وللأسف من رئيس البلدية والذي كان يفترض منه أن يكون أكثر حرصا ً على سرعة إنجازها … !!!
رابعا ً :- لقد شهد رئيس البلدية لمؤسستنا بالجودة والاتقان في التنفيذ لعبارتي عبارة المراعي وعبارة ابن سيناء ( الجامعة ) وأثني علينا كأفضل مقاول ، وها هو المقاول نفسه والمؤسسة نفسها من ينفذ عبارة الرياض ، فما هي الأسباب يا ترى في تغيير موقفه ؟؟
خامسا ً :- بلغني أن رئيس البلدية هو من كان يختار الأسئلة ثم يقرأها فكيف للمسؤول أن يختار السؤال ؟ كما علمت أن أجهزة الصوت لم تعمل عند ظهور الحقائق من المتكلمين …. !!
سادسا ً : إن المؤسسة لديها كامل الاستعدادات والامكانيات على تنفيذ المشروع وانجازه بإذن الله تعالى في مدة وجيزة ولديها الاستعداد للعمل ليلا ً ونهارا ً لانجازه في حال توقف رئيس البلدية عن اختلاق المشاكل وإيجاد المعوقات ومن ثم التجاوب مع متطلبات المشروع وصرف المستحقات اولا ً بأول بدون تأخير أو مماطلة .
ختاما ً : وعبر منبركم التمس من سيدي صاحب السمو الملكي ” محافظ الخرج ” رعاه الله أن يأذن لي بمقابلته والسماع مني شخصيا لكشف الحقائق وتقديم الأدلة لوضوح المتسبب في تأخير تنفيذ المشاريع ليظهر ذلك جليا ً له حفظه الله وللرأي العام والمواطنين .
[COLOR=darkred]والخرج اليوم[/COLOR] بدورها توضح أنها لاتزال تعتبر “مشروع عبارة الرياض” هو المشروع الأهم لكل مواطن بهذه المحافظة ، ونأمل الانتهاء منه في أسرع وقت ممكن .

ابو راس عبارة عن كائن حي يجيد اهدار الثروة بكل معانيها
وغرامة افندي عبارة عن كائن قادم من المريخ بخمس عمال لا يعرفون تكنلوجيا الارض
وانت يا سعود تذكرني بمصارع قديما اسمه ثرثار الجنوب
طبلت للكائن الحي ابو راس اول ما وصل وهذه النتيجة عرف ان الخرج ثرثره
لو هو في خميس مشيط كان عرف قدره
بالنسبة للمقاول القادم من المريخ يتبجح بانجاز اعظم عبارتين في مخطط غرناطه وطريق الجامعه اصلا هذي لقطاع خاص يا القادم من المريخ وتعرف انعم بيحوسون مؤسستك الكادحه ويمكن يشبكون عليك في العبارة ان ما خلصت في توقيتها
اما عبارة طريق الرياض تملكها الدوله والكل يعرف الانظمة والبيروقراطية في الانظمة
والكائن الحي ابو راس على اسمه راس ولكن مليان مهلبيه
الخرج صرف فيه مليارات من دولتنا اعزها الله لكن طاحت بايدي الكل يعرف
وراجاء مهايط المجلس البلدي المنتخب غير مقبول يكفي شغل واسطات وحب خشوم وعلى خشمي وعليه الشحم
كما ارجو من ادراة الدفاع المدني مشكوره والتي تتحمل الكثير من اخطاء الغير
صرف قارب وشورتات لجميع بيوت الخرج لان السيول دخلت بيوتنا في حي ابن تركي
والبركة في القادم من الماضي ابو راس
عيب والله ما يحصل في خرجنا الحبيب
اللهم الطف باهل الخرج فانهم بين ايدي هؤلاء القادمين من الماضي السحيق

غير الاراضي اللي خصصت للارامل واليتامى وحصل عليها ناس مو محتاجه
الوساطه اغلب المطاعم تسمم او عدم نظافه تغلق وتفتح اليوم الثاني ليش
الكلام ليس على ابو راس لحاله
الكلام حتى لنائبيه لانهم من الخرج ولا تكلموا ولا شي وماهمهم الا مصلحتهم
حنا مرتاحين الحمد لله
لكن انتم يالمسؤولين وعدكم الاخرة والله لا يحللكم ولا يبيحكم

جرام الي يحصل بالخرج وخاصة مشروع العبارة المشهورة في مدخل الخرج ، أنا لي أقارب بالخرج آتي بين فترة وأخرى حيث لها أكثر من ( 3 ) سنوات لم تحرك ساكناً ويفترض أن تنتهي خلال ( 9 ) شهور ، أتمنى أن تكون الأمطار التي هطلت أمس الاثنين أن تغلق طريق الرياض – الخرج لتظهر على الساحة ويتحرك المسؤلون الكبار لحل المشكلة .

قل له يجي ويشوف مشروع تصريف السيول اللي بجوار سجن الخرج وكيف يدفنون الحفريات بنوع رديء من الدفان ويرصون ويزفلتون على عماها ويوم جانا المطر اللي قبل اسبوع هبط الاسفلت وهو ماله اربعة ايام مسفلت ، و حتى التقاطع اللي عند اشارة السجن فيه هبوط قوي مما يعني ان المراقبين غاضين الطرف بقوة وصلت الى مرحلة التغميض
وابو راس سمعت انه له محلات تجارية ولا احد من المراقبين يقدر يمر عليها والا يكتب اي ملاحظة

من المفترض أنه يتم تغيير رئيس بلدية الخرج ابوراس والاسباب واضحه جيمع الطرق بعد أن تستلم أي شركة الطريق تكون معدومة وكذلك طريق العيون يوجد به ساقي المفروض أنه استفاد منه وجعله تصريف لسيول بحيث يتم تصميه بأن يكون التصريف يرجع للعين نفسها ولكنه قام بهدمه وغلقة الأن وانت راجع مع طريق العيون إلي جامعة سلمان بن عبدالعزيز ترى العجب العجاب ,
أنظرو إلي مدينة الدلم المجاورة انظرو ماذا فعل رئيس البلدة ابصراحة بعد فترة بتكون أفضل من الخرج بمئة مرة

ثاني شي لا يخفى على الجميع الاجتماع الي حصل في برج الخرج ونظمته البلدية لفتح فروعها ولقاء مع صحفيين ومحافظ الخرج وحضور جميع المقاوليين الي لهم مشاريع مع البلدية ولم يحضر ابو غرامه لانه كان خايف من المواجه

امين هاني ابو راس الذي كذب على سكان حي أم الخير بجدة وقال ان السدود سليمه وان حي ام الخير لايحتاج الى اي اصلاح او مجرى سيول وغرق الحي كاملا بالاضافه لاعمال الفساد الاخرى بالبلديه مع اطراف اخرى.
فحاليا مهمه ابو راس ببلديه الخرج ومن كان معه من مسؤوليه الاشراف بدرجه عاليه للأسف على شفط تجمعات المياه الراكده بكميات كبيرة على الطرق الرئيسيه بالخرج والاسراع بذالك لكي لايكشف الاهمال وقله تسريف المياه والاموال التي تهدر كله سنه دون اقامة مشاريع حقيقيه لتريف ودرء مخاطر السيول.
ولكل من اراد الحقيقيه رؤيه الشوارع الرئيسية بعد كل امطار وصهاريج الشفط متوزعه للشفط.

المقوله المشهور لأبو نقطه ( أتيت والخرج غارقه وحالياً لايوجد بها نقطة ماء)
وين كنت يا ابو نقطه البارح ما أخذتلك لفه بشوارع الخرج تشوف أثار مشاريعك وقل اهتمامك بفرض الشروط والرقابه على الشركات والمؤسسة المنفذه لتك المشاريع بإصلاح مواقع الحفريات بحيث يصبح الطريق كما كان دون ظهور التعرجات !!! نحن نرى مشاريع تنفذ في شوارع مدن خليجيه وتنفذ بشكل سريع وبعد الانتهاء منها لا تجد أثار للحفريات ؟؟؟؟؟؟ لماذ لا يشترط على منفذي هذه المشاريع بعمل ذلك ولا تصرف المبالغ الماليه في النهايه مالم يتم تطبيق هذا الشرط .
الوضع الحاصل حاليا في شوارع مشاريع تخدم المواطن من جهه وتستنزف ملايين الريلات من المواطنيين في صيانة سياراتهم . والرابح في نهاية الامر الشركات والمؤسسات المنفذه للمشاريع ومحلات قطع الغيار وورش الصيانه !!!

تؤلف وتمثل وتخرج المسلسل في آن واحد . وكأنه لايقف في الساحه غيرك فتمثل دورالبطل
هل يعقل ان يعقد حفل يحضره صاحب السمو الملكي وجمع كبير من كبار الشخصيات . ثم تتولى أنت اختيار الأسئله المناسبه لك
فتسئل نفسك وترد عليها ؟
أين هو الحوار الصحفي والإعداد لذلك ؟
أين هدف الملتقى ؟ أليس لحل مشاكل أهل الخرج . فأين أهل الخرج من ذلك .
أتساءل إلى متى سيظل هذا الوضع ؟

حقا يارئيس لقد أثبت أنك مبدع في عمل المسرحيات والمسلسلات .. فتؤلف المسلسل وتتخذ فيه دور البطل ..
ونحن نشهد لك بذلك .. فأنت ممثل بارع , ولست مهندس همه إنجاز المشاريع والرقي بها لتنهض بها مدينته ثم دولته كما ينبغي
وكما تمليه عليه الأمانه التي وضعت في رقبته .

أولا :الأخ سعود أنا استغرب منك يابو عبدالله انك خرجت ولم تسال رئيس البلدية أي سؤل وتعتذر من والد الجميع سمو الأمير وأنت لم تفعل شي وأنت أكثر الكتاب الذي يكتب لمصلحة الخرج أولا ولكنها تعتبر شجاعة تضاف إلى سجلك وخاصة أن سمو الأمير حفظه الله كان شرهان على كتاب المحافظة في نقدهم على بعض رؤساء الدوائر الحكومية بالمحافظة وحلمه عليهم كحب الأب لأبنائه حفظه الله .
ثانيا: أنا استغرب من هذا الاجتماع والمسرحية التي سيناريو واخرج وبطولة رئيس البلدية المهندس إبراهيم ابو راس (ابو وائل) وخاصة عند طلبه من مدير العلاقات بالبلدية تركي الهديب تسليمه الأسئلة وقراءة أسئلة الجمهور ونحن نستغرب لماذا كل هذه السيطرة وإمام المحافظ هل ليقال انه ماحد يفهم إلى سعادة الرئيس ؟!!
وأكيد انه بيقول انه بسبب عدم توفر القدرات الفنية في العاملين معه في البلدية.
ثالثا: تقدمت بسؤالين ولكن رئيس البلدية لم يقرءا إلى السؤال الثاني وترك الأول المهم هو:
السؤال الأول : تشتكون سعادة الرئيس من عدم توفر القدرات الفنية من الموظفين بالبلدية ونحن نستغرب من سعادتكم لماذا لم يتم جذب القدرات الفنية بالبلدية قبل افتتاح وتعيين مدراء الفروع الخمسة ونحن نستغرب من أين مباني الفروع أولا حتى تفتتح فروع لا يوجد إلى مبنيين بالمحفظة ولم يكتمل بقية الفروع و سوف تستأجر؟
السؤال الثاني : لماذا لم يتم إصلاح الأقسام الموجودة حاليا وتطويرها و تطوير الموقع الكتروني للبلدية ومساعدة المسئول للاطلاع وتقويم رؤساء الأقسام الكترونيا بتسجيل طلب المواطن الكترونيا وإيصال له رسالة برقم الطلب وإحالة طلبة لرقم جواله ويتم التواصل مع المواطن وتنفيذ طلبه وتقييم البلدية وروا ساء الأقسام الكترونيا كما في أمانة الرياض 940 !!! لماذا هذا الهدر من المال العام ؟؟
لذا اطلب من جميع الإعلاميين بمحافظة الخرج التدقيق على كل خبر ومطابقة للواقع و عدم التطبيل لرئيس أي دائرة حكومية لأنكم عيون المحافظ وانتم نموذج مشرف لكشف الفساد والي نتمنى أن تكون أقلام لكشف الفساد وتقديمهم لهيئة مكافحة الفساد حتى لا تسول لبقية الفاسدين على محافظة الخرج وخاصة الناس المحميين في العبارة وغيرهاولماذا لم تدفع مستحقات المقاول ويطبق عليه النظام المنافسات الحكومية.
ونقول لكل رئيس ما بينا وبينك أي شي إلى مصلحة الخرج اعمل للمصلحة العامة وطور منشاتك وهذا عملك لان الخرج يستحق الكثير ولا تلتفت وتبحث عن الإعلام واترك الإعلام يبحث عنك بانجازاتك

ونعم فيك اخوي عامر وانا اعرفك شخصيا وكنت موظف معكم وكنت قريب جدا من الاحداث اللي صارت بالمجال وقريب جدا من الادارة كنت اعرف وش اللي يصير خلف الكواليس وقسم بالله اني اقول الحق
واقول الحقيقه ان بلدية الخرج فاسده
