[COLOR=black]برز في سن مبكرة , يحمل من الطموحات الشيء الكثير , ترأس النادي السعودي للمبتكرين والذي أشاد به العديد من الشخصيات البارزة , يعشق الإختراعات حد الثمالة ويرى بأنه عملة نادرة في هذا البلد , يملك مخزون كبير من الثقافة العالية , متحدث بارع ويعرف متى يتكلم ومتى يسكت , يثق بأنه يستطيع أن يجعل كل إنسان مخترعاً من خلال دورة تدريبية هو يقدمها , يطمح بأن يكون لكل مخترع شركة ترعاه .[/COLOR]
ضيفنا في أولى حلقات ( لقاء مع موهبة ) هو الموهبة الشابة [COLOR=darkblue]معاذ المعيذر[/COLOR] رئيس النادي السعودي للمبتكرين :.

معاذ بن عبدالله المعيذر من مواليد مدينة الرياض عـام 1415هـ خريج مدارس تحفيظ القران الكريم في المرحلتين الابتدائية والمتوسطة وأدرس الآن في ثانوية العز بن عبد السلام بالخرج أحد الطلاب الموهوبين وأحد مخترعي المملكة العربية السعودية مثلت المملكة في العديد من المحافل الدولية والمحلية,في مسابقة موهبة للعلوم والهندسة, وجائزة الشيخ راشد بن مكتوم للإبداع العلمي وقريبا الأولمبياد الوطني للإبداع العلمي قدمـت عدة اختراعات على أرض الواقع ,أعمل الآن : رئيس النادي السعودي للمبتكرين , رئيس قروب مجموعة رؤية التطوعي ,رئيس شبكة بصمة الإعلامية, ومدير معهد جيل الريادة للتطوير والاستشارات العامة ,شاركت في العديد من المحاضرات العلمية والوثائقية وتقديم العديد من ورش العمل للجهات الحكومية والشركات الخاصة والأشخاص .

[COLOR=red]كيــف كانت بدايتك كطالب موهوب ؟[/COLOR]
البداية كانت عندما كنت أدرس بالصف الخامس الابتدائي , أخترت من قبل منسق رعاية الموهوبين بالمدرسة بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من زملائي الطلاب , حيث رشحت بعد ذلك للملتقى الإثرائي الصيفي للموهوبين والذي يقيمه قسم رعاية الموهوبين بإدارة التربية والتعليم بالخرج , استمر هذا الملتقى الصيفي الإثرائي لمدة ثلاث سنوات ,نجحت في الحصول على المركز الأول في هذا الملتقى الإثرائي على مستوى محافظة الخرج ,تطور هذا الأمر حتى التحقت بمؤسسة الملك عبدالعزيز ورجاله للموهبة والإبداع ,ومثلت محافظة ( الخرج ) في العديد من المسابقات ,ومثلت منطقة الرياض , إلى أن تطور الأمر ,بتمثيل المملكة العربية السعودية في العديد من المسابقات في مجال ( الابتكار والاختراع ) ,كنت في السابق أشعر بأني كأي شخص ( ثاني ) في المجتمع ,ولكني بعد ذلك شعرت بقيمتي في المجتمع ( كعملة نادرة ) و( جوهرة ثميــنة ) تخدم المجتمع وتغيره للأفضل.
[COLOR=red]معــاذ المعيــذر المـوهـوب من يقف وراءه ؟؟[/COLOR]
عدة أشخاص..أبتداءا من المدرسـة .. ولكن إن أردت أن أذكر أسماء فلابد أن أذكر الأستـاذ (عبـدالله السيـف) رئيس قسم رعاية الموهوبين بإدارة التربية والتعليم بالخرج , هذا الرجل أدين له بالفضل بعد الله سبحانه فقد كان ( العمود الفقري ) لي في انطلاقتي في مجال ( الاختراع والابتكار ) كذلك الأستاذ حمد الرشيدي ..الذي كان له دور واضح في بروز موهبتي في هذا المجال , كما لا أنسى دور الوالدين ( العزيزين ) .. و الأخوان والأعمام .. ومؤسسة الملك عبد العزيز ورجاله للموهبة والإبداع .

[COLOR=red]نجحت في إتمام حفظ كتاب الله , كيف ترى أثر ذلك عليك ( كطالب موهوب ) في مجالات ( علمية بحتة ) ؟[/COLOR]
من أكثر الأشياء التي كانت مساعدة لنا في هذا المجال هو حفظنا للقران الكريم , وقد أثبت الدراسات الحديثة أن طلاب مدارس التحفيظ أكثر قدرة واستعدادا للإبداع في مجال الموهبة والاختراع نظرا لما يمتلكه هؤلاء الطلاب من القدرة العالية في الحفظ والاتقان , كما للقران الكريم أثر عجيب في إثراء القدرات العقلية والذهن,إضافة إلى بركة القران الكريم علينا .أسال الله أن ينفعنا بما حفظنا,أعود وأقول بأن ليس هناك أي تعارض بين حفظ القران الكريم والتفوق العلمي والابتكار والاختراع .
[COLOR=red]بصفتك طالبا في المرحلة الثانوية..كيف ترى دور المدارس في صقل المواهب في مجال الاختراع والابتكار ؟[/COLOR]
(ابتسم قليلا ..) ثم قال :هذه النقطة دائما ما ..أتوقف عندها كثيرا , في بعض المدارس لدينا.. تمر عليهم بعض هذه المواهب دون أدنى رعاية واهتمام ..فأنا كطالب موهوب عملة نادرة .. قد أغير لك المجتمع 180 درجة في لحظة واحدة باختراع معين.. فلماذا لا يسعى المجتمع إلى تبني هذه المواهب والرقي بها والمدرسة إحدى الجهات المسؤولة في هذا المجتمع , فبدون مخترعين .. لكنا نسكن في بيوت طين .. ولا توجد لدينا سيارات ..ودون أي تقنية من كهرباء وغيرها ..فلو تأملنا في بعض الدول المتقدمة كاليابان والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية لوجدنا أن من أبرز عوامل التقدم والنهضة الصناعية لديها هو الاهتمام بالمواهب .. وأنا بهذا الكلام لا نقلل من الجهود التي تبذل ,فهناك جهود ,وجهود عظيمة تبذل,ولكن حتى الان لم تصل للمستوى المأمول , أو أنها محصورة على جهة دون أخرى .

[COLOR=red]مـاهو دور الوالدين في وصولك لهذا المستوى من ( الإبداع ) في مجال الاختراع والابتكار ؟[/COLOR]
الوالدين ..هما بمثابة ( الجدار ) أو الشيء الذي استند عليه في انطلاقتي المضيئة بإذن الله نحو المستقبل.
[COLOR=red]حدثنا عن مشاركاتك في الملتقيات التي تقوم بها الوزارة والجامعات أو المؤسسات الأهلية في مجال الاختراع والابتكار ؟ [/COLOR]
أول مشاركة لي كانت في الملتقى الإثرائي الصيفي بمحافظة الخرج وبالنسبة للاختراع , حاولت أن أخترع جهاز لتنقية الماء ولكني فشلت في ذلك.. , ولكن البداية الحقيقة كانت مع مؤسسة الملك عبدالعزيز ورجاله لرعاية الموهوبين بالتعاون مع جامعة حائل وشاركت لمدة شهر , حاولت من خلالها تنمية موهبتي والدخول في عالم الابتكار بشكل أكثر توسعا , أما من ناحية الاختراعات فلدي اختراعات الان جاري العمل على تجهيزها ,وهناك اختراعات أخرى في طور التفكير , وهناك اختراعات جاهزة وسأعرض لكم شيئا منها.

[ALIGN=CENTER]يعرض أحد إختراعاته والتي يفتخر بها وهو عبارة عن عصا للمكفوفين , وجاري العمل على تطويره ووضعه على شكل حساس يوضع على العقال .[/ALIGN]
[COLOR=red]يقال بأن : ( الفشل ..أول خطـوة نحو النجاح )كم اختراع فشلت فيه أو لم يرى النور؟[/COLOR]
تقريبا … أكثر من عشر اختراعات .. في بعض الأحيان تأتيني بعض الأفكار وأسعى إلى تطبيقها وإيجادها عمليا على أرض الواقع .. ولكن .. كما قلت : إذا فشلت فاعلم أنك تسير على طريق النجاح .. وفعلا فالإنسان يسعى إلى زيادة رصيده من المحاولات الفاشلة ليتفادها مستقبلا ..ونحن دائما نسمع بأن كثير من المخترعين العالميين كانوا فاشلين في دراستهم أمثال ( أديسون , نيوتن ) إلا أن ذاك لم يمنعهم أن يكونوا مخترعين غيروا مسار العالم باختراعاتهم .
[COLOR=red]هل تعتقد أن ماتقوم به وزارة التربية والتعليم كاف .. لكم كطلاب موهوبين ؟؟[/COLOR]
كــاف ٍإلى حد ما .. فالإدارات العليا تقوم بجهد جبار .. ولكن المشكلة في تطبيق هذه الجهود , فنجد كثير من المعلمين ينقصهم فهم ( ثقافة الاختراع ) فيجب أن تكرس الوزارة بعض الجهود في تطوير مشرفي رعاية الموهوبين في ( ثقافة الاختراع ).. فإذا قيل أنت مخترع .. فلابد أن يعرف الجميع .. ( وش معنى مخترع ) بانك أنت عملة نادرة قد تحدث نقلة صناعية للوطن وللمسلمين .

[COLOR=red]بصفتك رئيس النادي السعودي للمبتكرين, ماذا أضاف لكم هذا النادي ؟ وماذا تطمحون من خلاله؟ [/COLOR]
طبعاً الطموح غير الغايات ..الغايات لا حدود لها.. ولكن..البداية كانت تجمع شباب وشابات ( قروب ) عبر موقع( الفيس بوك) نلتقي من خلاله ونتحاور ونتبادل الخبرات والتجارب والهموم ونلتقي مع بعضنا البعض , ونبحث عن جهات أو شركات ترعانا , أو معارض نشارك فيها لنعرض مالدينا ,تطور ذلك إلى أن أنشانا موقعاً للأنترنت باسم ( النادي السعودي للمبتكرين ) تطور ذلك أيضا, وأصبحنا نشارك في مؤتمرات ونطرح ونناقش ورقات عمل , بالاضافة إلى لقاءات مستمرة مع الأعضاء , ولكـن بالنسبة للطموحات : نتمنى أو نطمح أن يكون لنا مبنى خاص علـى شكل ورش لعرض الاختراعات لجميع الأعضاء,كما نطمح أن تكون هنالك شركة راعية لكل مخترع , كما نسعى أن تكون شراكات مع الشركات الكبرى مثل : سابك , وأرامكو , والشركات الكبرى للخزف والزجاج , ولكن على أرض الواقع لازلنا نبحث عن حاضنات من شركات وغيرها , بالإضافة إلى التسويق على غرار مايحدث في الدول المتقدمـة .
[COLOR=red]نرى في موقع النادي السعودي للمبتكرين والذي ترأسونه .. تعليقات على الموقع لبعض الأمراء والوزراء ووجهاء المجتمع ..كيف تمت الفكرة؟ وماذا يعني ذلك لكم ؟[/COLOR]
طبعاً تم الالتقاء بهؤلاء الوجهاء في معرض الابتكار الدولي 2010 في جدة .. أعجبوا بالفكرة .. وأيدوها بقوة..ولكن يجب أن نعترف بأن النادي لازال حديث ووليد الحاضر نحتاج للوقت ونحتاج للدعم المعنوي قبل المادي ووقفة الجميع معنا, وتطويره والبحث عن مستشارين يقفون جنبا لجنب للنادي.

[COLOR=red]ولكن عندما يثني على النادي وزير الاعلام .. وسمو الامير نايف بن ممدوح آل سعود .. هل يعطيكم ذلك قوة؟ [/COLOR]
بالتأكيد هي من أهم العوامل أن نعمل و ننمي ونزيد حماسنا ونعمل بجهد مضاعف لهذا النادي هي شهادة هؤلاء الأمراء والوجهاء وحرصنا على أن نكون عند حسن الظن .
[COLOR=red]كيف ترى وقفة الإعلام معكم كموهوبين ؟ هل هو مقصر ؟[/COLOR]
الى حد ما .. ولكن مثل ماقامت به [COLOR=firebrick]الخرج اليوم [/COLOR].. وهم دائما سباقين.. هو مانحتاجه من ناحية الاعلام.
[COLOR=red]ماهي اختراعاتك السابقة التي قدمتها و القادمة التي تعمل عليها ؟[/COLOR]
اختراعاتي القادمة متحفظ عليها قليلا .. ولكن من الاختراعات اللي قمت بها : عصا للمكفوفين وهناك اختراع آخر شاركت به ولكن الآن أجري عليه بعض التعديلات هو استخدام الأشعة الكهرومغناطيسية لطرد أسماك القرش , وهذه الفكرة استوحيتها من غرق عبارة سلام 98 إذا ماعلمنا بأن سبب وفاة الكثير من الناس ليس بسبب عدم إجادة السباحة والبرد فقط ! , وإنما بسبب التهام أسماك القرش لبعضهم , بالنسبة للاختراعات القادمة.. أتحفظ عليها وأعلن عن بعض مسمياتها : .بما أننا في محافظة الخرج عاصمة التمور فهناك اختراع خاص بالتمور , وهناك اختراع آخر تحت مسمى : تلفزيون المستقبل , ولاب توب يعمل بالطاقة الشمسية .

[COLOR=red]ماذا تود أن تقول لأبنـاء المحـافظـة ؟[/COLOR]
محافظة الخرج تعتبر من أكبر المحافظات من ناحية عدد السكان , لكن نحتاج لجهة تحتوينا وتتبني إبداعاتنا .. صحيح هناك جهد مبذول من المؤسسة العامة للتعليم الفني والتدريب المهني ممثلة بالأستاذ ماجد دغيم الشمري فقد أنشئوا مركز لرعاية الموهوبي(سمعت عنه ) , يسعون من خلاله لتوفير بيئة مناسبة للمخترعين .., لكن نحن أبناء المحافظة نريد أن نقول لجميع أبناء المملكة: هاهم أبناء محافظة الخرج فنحن لدينا قدرات خاصة ومواهب متعددة نود أن برزها للإعلام والبداية تكون عبر [COLOR=firebrick]الخرج اليوم [/COLOR]والقادم أجمل .
[COLOR=red]طموحات معاذ المعيذر المستقبلية على الصعيد الشخصي وصعيد الاختراعات ؟[/COLOR]
على الصعيد الشخصي .. بإذن الله سأسعى لدخول جامعة الملك فهد للبترول والمعادن تخصص ( إدارة صناعية ) والحصول على البكالوريوس وإكمال دراستي العليا في أعرق الجامعات بالعالم في نفس التخصص ,أما .. على صعيد الاختراعات .. ففي بالي اختراع معين وتتمحور الفكرة حول التحكم الذاتي ظهرت له اختراعات مقاربة مثل : سيارات قوقل هو مقارب لذلك سأسعى ليكون هديتي لهذا الوطن الغالي .

– تواجد شقيقه الشاب مهند والذي يبلغ من العمر 14 و سيشارك قريباً في مسابقة الأولمبياد الوطني للإبداع العلمي بالتعاون مع أخيه الأكبر مصعب .
– وضح أثناء اللقاء شغف معاذ بالانترنت, حيث كان يتحاور مع زملاءه حول البرامج القادمة لهم , مما حدى بطاقم الصحيفة تأجيل بداية اللقاء حتى ينتهي من حديثه .
– علمت الصحيفة أن معاذ صاحب قلم مميز, وبدورها [COLOR=firebrick]الخرج اليوم[/COLOR] رحبت بإنضمامه لكتابها كدعماً منها للمواهب الشابة في المحافظة .

الله يوفقه ويخليه لاهله
ونشكر صحيفة الخرج على اهتمامها بالموهبين
عندنا في السعوديه مشكله في عدم الاهتمام بالموهبين ورعايتهم
والمشكله الاكبر عدم حماية ابتكاراتهم وحمايتها واحتكارها
هنا في امريكا انا كنت اسولف مع مخترع وموهوب ويقول لي قبل لا اخلص الابتكار
يكون عندي اقل شي عرضين او ثلاثه من شركات كبيره لاحتكار وتوزيع ودعايه
للابتكار يقول هذا دافع كبير لي بأني اتقدم وابحث
اتمنى من معاذ ان يتقدم ويبتعد عن الغرور لانه مقبره

غيره كثير
لكن من يفتح لهم الباب ويوفر لهم الجو الامن
للاسف بعض المعلمين يحارب مثل هؤلاء
يعني لو اضطر الطالب لتمثيل مدرسة في برنامج ما تمثيل او انشاد او مسابقة ثقافية
لاصبح يتردد بين المعلمين لشحذ الدرجات وتعويض مافاته من اختبارات

على رسلكم أيها المعلمون
إنما أفصح الفتى عما لقيه وعايشه أو يظنه ويضمره في نفسه ، والواقع الأغلب يعضد ما يقول ، أنا أستاذ جامعي ورئيس قسم وأعايش عشرات الحالات التي تهدم ولا تبني من الأساتذة وكذلك أعايش عشرات الحالات التي هي بحاجة حقيقية لإصبع مشير وشعاع مينير ، وليس منا ببعيد حكاية التلميذ الذي قال له أستاذه كيف تقيس ارتفاع مبنى بالباروميتر فقال له نربط الباروميتر بخيط طويل ونرمي به من أعلى المبنى ثم نقيس طول الخيط وهنا توقف الأستاذ عن القراءة ومنح الطالب صفراً مبيناً ووصمه بالفشل ، فاحتكم التلميذ إلى أساتذة آخرين فمرت المعضلة على مضض واليوم لا أحد يعرف اسم المعلم ولا يذكره بينما الجميع يعرفون هذا التلميذ الذي حاز جائزة نوبل في الفيزياء ، فالمعلم على خطر تبدد الذكر إن لم يذكره تلميذه وذكر تلميذه له سيظل على خطر فإما أن يكون قد أخلص وأعطى فسيذكره بالخير المحمود وإما أن يكون قد ضن وخذل تلميذه فربما سينساه في أحسن الأحوال أو يذكره بالسوء الذي من قبل جعل له في نفسه تلميذه ظلا
كل امتناني وتقديري ومحبتي ، وأرجو المعلمين الترفق ، ومراجعة النفس قبل الذاكرة واللجوء إلى الرفق قبل الشعر الذي أحيانا يستخدم في غير ما قرض له

تعاملت مع الابن معاذ واخوته وأصدقائه من خلال اشرافي وتدريبي
لهم في ملتقيات الموهوبين .
لن اتحدث عن الابن معاذ كثيراً لكني سأقول ..
رعاية مثل هؤلاء واجب ورعاية الموهوبين في الخارج أثمرت علماً وتطوراً
على مستوى العالم .
الدول العربية بدأت في الفترة الأخيرة تلتفت لمثل هؤلاء لما رأت آثار الاهتمام
بهم من الشرق والغرب .
لست يامعاذ الأول ولا الأخير لقد مر بي الكثير ممن هم بحجم عطائك وربما أكثر
ويحتاجون لرعاية مثلكــ ولربما خانك اللفظ قليلاً لأنه أول تصريح لكـ
ونلتمس لك العذر لعلمنا بأدبك الجم وأخلاقك الرفيعة مع معلميكـ وأحبابكـ .
كل من أشرف عليك وعلمك يجب أن تدعو له قبل أن تشكرهـ سواء في المدارس النظامية
أو عبر ملتقيات الموهوبين ودوراتها .

أول شي الله يوفقك يا معاذ ومنها للأعلى ان شاءالله ، ودام إنك شايف بنفسك مواهب ونشاط فالله يقدرك وترفع راس بلدك ، يمكن الاخوة والاخوات شوي تحسسوا
من بعض الجمل اللي أطلقتها على نفسك وأنا وكلنا عارفين ماشاءالله إنك واثق من نفسك وواثقين بقدراتك ولكن عشان محد يفهم أسلوبك غلط نصيحة حاول تخفف من كلمة أنا ، أنا مااقولك لا تتكلم لا بالعكس لك الأحقية أنك تتكلم وخصوصاً إنك تخطط لمنفعة بلادك لكن حاول تجعل مخترعاتك هي اللي تبين للناس قدرك ومواهبك ، وأنا متأكده إنك ماراح تتأثر بكلام المثبطين ، وطبعاً ماشاءالله عقلية واعية مثلك اتوقع إنها قادرة تنتقد أي تعليق هنا بقبوله أو رفضه ، وماشاءالله إنت شايف التعليقات اللي هنا خذ منها مايعجبك واترك باقي الاشياء اللي مالها داعي على جنب ،،
وبالنسبة للناس اللي كتبوا كلام غير لائق يعني صراحة الله يهديكم ، يمكن اشياء تحسونها سخيفة بالنسبة لكم تكتبونها عادي وبسهوله لكن أتمنى تستفيدون من معرفتكم لاستخدام الانترنت وليس فقط استهزاء ! وأصابعكم راح تشهد عليكم يوم القيامة ،، .. قال تعالى ( يَوْمَ تَشْهَدُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَلْسِنَتُهُمْ وَأَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُمْ بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ )
